Join our Fertility in the Workplace Research

Fertility challenges can affect up to 1 in 6 people globally and yet, many struggle to discuss it openly in the workplace.

This Can Happen Global, in partnership with Fertility Matters at Work and sponsored by Ferring Pharmaceuticals, is conducting a crucial study to better understand how fertility challenges impact employees and how workplaces can offer better support.

We are looking to hear from people from organisations that work in HR , Wellbeing and Rewards with responsibility for fertility support, as well as people that are employed with lived experience – past and current.
